(…sips, mmmhmm!) Homemade detox tea satisfies me more than store detox tea brands (aka teatoxing brands). Most of the store detox tea brands around claim to be Natural, as you go through the articles on this blog you will find out that it can’t be said enough – ‘Natural’ doesn’t exactly mean natural, some brands use it as a marketing gimmick.

Teatoxing is a practice people attempt while trying to cleanse or lose weight and while there are brands with genuine ingredients, there are others with potential harm in their ingredients.

Knowing how to read Labels can help you when buying these detox tea brands.
